Container Grades/Ratings

Those in Kansas City, MO and the surrounding metro area can rely on structural integrity and industry-leading quality standards in our inventory of new and used steel shipping containers for sale. The array of solutions available in our extensive inventory come rated with one of the following conditions:

  • NEW Containers
  • USED - Cargo Worthy
  • USED - Wind/Water Tight

Buyers can also compare exterior dimensions and interior dimensions when choosing between sizes. No matter the condition you need, our team can help match you with a container suited for storage, transport, and security, including secure on-site applications.

NEW Containers

Like-new containers travel in a single trip from the manufacturer in China to different North American regions, including the Midwest. You can’t go wrong with a newer container unit as the top choice for cosmetic appearance, structural integrity, and long-term reliability. However, keep in mind that minuscule blemishes or marks may occur during their one-way journey across the ocean. Cargo containers for sale with this type of high rating are still the best in the market.

USED - Cargo Worthy

Known as the top-grade classification of used shipping containers for sale, cargo worthy units have excellent structural integrity. Our team ensures their excellence through inspecting product reliability, soundness, and caliber—not necessarily appearance. The main objective is to provide quality assurance that meets the standard requirements for domestic and overseas shipments. Every Cargo Worthy designated container meets the manufacturers’ factory specifications, making them ready for domestic and export use.

USED - Wind/Water Tight

When looking to buy a shipping container, keep wind/watertight units in mind. These containers are quality solutions for various needs and budgets. After removal from ocean transport fleets after an average of 14 to 18 years, this container classification is ready for use upon delivery. You can depend on their structural soundness and windproof/waterproof features as the second-highest grade of used containers available for sale. Those opting for wind/watertight grades receive good container quality at a great market price, including entrepreneurs exploring shipping container storage business opportunities.

When looking to invest in new or used shipping containers for sale, a personalized ordering, purchasing, and delivery experience is essential.
